See Price In Cart For WooCommerce is easy to use, on each product under the Advanced tab in the Product Data section this plugin will add a few new fields pictured below. Once “Enable See Price in Cart” is checked the product price will be replaced with See Price In Cart by default or you can set your own text on a per product basis if needed.
