To enable this fix globally, navigate to WooCommerce -> Settings ->Products -> Google Merchant Center Fix and enable the 'Apply to All Variable Products' option.

In the site admin panel, go to select 'Products' -> 'Edit Product' -> 'Product Data' -> 'Variable Product', and click the 'Enable Google Merchant Center Fix' checkbox just for the selected product.

To apply a site-specific fix, locate the 'Product Data' panel in WooCommerce, select 'Variable Product', and check the box '$ Display Mismatch fix.' This will enable the Google Merchant Center fix only for the selected site.
